About Avesta
Avesta Investment Group was established in Tashkent in 2003 in the form of a private partnership with the purpose of providing professional financial advisory and securities services. Primary areas of the firm’s competence are in attracting foreign investments, financial advisory, structuring mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and privatization deals, advising on legal, regulatory, and tax environment, conducting financial and legal due diligence of companies and market analysis, arranging debt and equity securities issues in local and international capital markets, real estate consulting and research, as well as publishing regular research reports on the local economy, markets, and companies.

In 2004 we started offering securities custodian and registrar services through our fully-owned subsidiary Avesta Trust. In 2005 we founded a separate subsidiary Avesta Research that is focused on providing industry research, complex marketing studies, and knowledge-based solutions to companies mainly in the real estate, telecommunications, banking and insurance, beverages, food processing, textiles, metals and mining, oil and gas, and media sectors.
In 2021, Avesta Investment Group received a license to operate as an investment advisor.
